| "Is She Hot?"
That's THE question you guys always ask before meeting a girl. (I am sure you ladies can relate) Don't know what I am talking about? Here is an example:
Me: "My girl friend from Cali is visiting this weekend. Let's all go out on Fri night." My guy friend: "Ok, is she hot?"
What I don't understand is why you guys always ask that. If she weren't hot, you wouldn't be interested. If she were hot, you don't stand a chance anyways, cuz men are like parking spaces... all the good ones are taken. So why even bother to ask?
| I am CONVINCED!!!
That guys are DELUSIONAL!!! Why you ask? Some of my recent conversations with various members of the opposite sex:
Me: Are you tall? Mr.X: Yeah... But I guess that depends on your definition of "tall". Me: How tall are you? Mr.X: 5'7 Me: ...........
Me: What's your body type? a. slim/slender b. medium built c. more to love d. athletic/muscular Mr.Y: b.medium built Me: How tall are you? Mr.Y: 5'9 Me: And how much do you weigh? Mr.Y: 185
Sometimes I wonder if I am the one who's delusional.... Is 5'7 really considered tall? Or is 185 at 5'9 considered medium built? There is nothing wrong with being a certain height or weight. Why do guys always try to cover things up at first? Just come out and say it, damn it
| One Fatal Flaw
Why is it that every guy I meet always has that one fatal flaw? Do you ladies have that problem too? Sometimes he is career-oriented, good looking, tall, and single, but has no personality. Other times, he is career-oriented, good looking, tall, and interesting, but is commitment-phobic. There is always that one last element which always seems to be missing...
| Korean Men Phenomenon
It's been a long time since my last entry. Being the over-worked under-paid corporate slave, I am not surprised... Lately, I've been experiencing a Korean-Men-Phenomenon. For the past couple of months, I've been meeting nothing but Korean guys. It's almost as if I have "Korean guys wanted" written on my forehead. And I thought 1 outta 4 people in this world is Chinese... I wonder why...
| Weird Rituals
First thing first, I must say, I am quite amused. So now I have an unfriendly stalker and a friendly stalker. This is getting good.
On a different note, I was watching this program on the National Geographic Channel. I saw this shot of a shark biting another shark. My first thought? "Wow, I can't believe this shark is gonna eat the other one up." But little did I know, I wasn't even close. It turns out that they were just having sex... Yeah, exactly my thought...
